• Do not submit duplicate orders for the same link simultaneously.
• Orders cannot be modified after placement. Cancellation is only possible while an order is still pending and its service supports it.
• We do not accept orders for prohibited, illegal, or adult content.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.
• Disputes must be opened within 30 days of the transaction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Report any unauthorized access immediately via the support system.

5. Refill Policy

Refill guarantees are based on order start count and delivery period. Request a refill with the Refill button on the Orders page, or open a support ticket if the button is not available. Do not reorder until the original order is complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

gonsoc.com is not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that affect service delivery. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
