Services marked with a refill guarantee will be topped up for free if you lose drops within the specified period. Request it with the Refill button on the Orders page, or open a support ticket if the button is not available. Do not reorder before the original order completes.

Our services are delivered from real-looking profiles and use natural speed patterns. Bans are extremely rare but possible on any third-party engagement service. For safety, we recommend drip feed for large orders and never exceeding reasonable ratios (e.g. 10x your current followers).
